This 1925-D Mercury Dime has been graded AU53 by PCGS and is encapsulated in one of the newer-style edge-view holders. This coin was part of a complete collection of Mercury Dimes that was put together by a long-time collector of the series. The entire set of dimes was housed in an album and was recently graded by PCGS. This lightly circulated dime is mostly untoned and retains some original mint luster. Several minor marks and scratches are present, particularly on the obverse, which seemingly limited the numerical grade of this better date dime.
