This 1918-D Mercury Dime has been graded MS64 by PCGS and is encapsulated in one of the newer-style edge-view holders. This coin was part of a complete collection of Mercury Dimes that was put together by a long-time collector of the series. The entire set of dimes was housed in an album and was recently graded by PCGS. This dime is fully toned on both sides with a mostly golden color. The luster of the coin is also nice. Some minor spottiness of the toning is the only minor distraction and may have kept the piece from grading a point higher. A nice overall near-gem example of the date.
