1866 Three Cent Nickel ANACS MS62		SOLD

Here is an 1866 Three Cent Nickel that has been graded MS62 by ANACS and is encapsulated in the older small white ANACS holder from many years ago. The coin has a great look for the assigned grade with some weakness in the overall strike on each side. There are also signs of clashing on each side, particularly on the lower part of the obverse near the date. The coin is untoned and exhibits moderate satiny luster. No major hits or marks are of note. A pleasing mint state example of the second year of issue Three Cent Nickel.
