2015-D Daniel Carr $60 1.5 oz. Octagonal Silver Owl ANACS MS70 $600
2015-D Daniel Carr $60 1.5 oz. Octagonal Silver Owl ANACS MS70
The 2015-D Clark Gruber $60 1.5 oz. Octagonal Silver Owl was issued minted and issued by Daniel Carr of the Moonlight Mint. This large octagonal silver piece is beautifully designed and the total mintage of only 95 pieces sold out very quickly. This example of the 2015-D Clark Gruber $60 1.5 oz. Octagonal Silver Owl has been graded MS70 by ANACS and features the special Clark Gruber & Company labeling. As the grade suggests, the coin is free of any noticeable flaws or imperfections. The design is quite detailed with the impressive Liberty head on the obverse and the spectacular owl on the reverse. Please note that in the photos there appears to be a spot on the highest point of Liberty’s cheek. However, that is actually the surface of this thick silver coin pressed up against the inside of the plastic slab and is not a spot on the coin itself. A beautiful and eye appealing silver coin with a mintage of only 95 pieces and a perfect grade.

Because of the difficulty in capturing the overall look of the coin in a single image, I have also included a short high-definition video of the coin towards the bottom of this listing in an attempt to give you a better idea of what this coin will look like in hand. Please note that you may need to adjust the video quality to 1080p and may need to increase the size of the video to full screen in order to see the coin in maximum detail.
