Although most collectors feel the $20 St. Gaudens Gold Double Eagle is the most beautiful of all U.S. coins, I believe the $10 Indian Gold Eagle by St. Gaudens is another beautiful design. The obverse Indian design and the wonderful eagle on the reverse are great, but the edge design of the raised stars instead of reeding is special. This 1907 No Motto $10 Indian Gold Eagle has been graded MS62 by PCGS and is housed in an old green label holder which is approximately twenty-five years old. A great looking example for the grade of this popular first year issue of the type.
