(1893-97) Benjamin Harrison Campaign Token DeWitt BH-1892-6 PCGS MS63 |

This undated Benjamin Harrison Campaign Token has been graded MS63 by PCGS and is encapsulated in the newer-style edge-view holder. This coin also has the limited edition PCGS 30th anniversary retro green label which is a throwback to the old green label holders used by PCGS many years ago. The token is cataloged as DeWitt-BH-1892-6 and was produced for Harrison’s campaign in the election of 1892. Harrison lost that election to Grover Cleveland so he never was the president for the dates contemplated on the reverse of this piece. The obverse feature a high relief portrait of Harrison with fine detail and semi-prooflike fields. There are a few light marks and a few hairlines present on each side which seemingly prevent a higher grade. The piece was also professionally imaged by PCGS for their CoinFacts service. A wonderful choice example of this Harrison campaign token. |
