1960-D/D Lincoln Cent PCGS MS65RD Small/Large Date DDO FS-101		SOLD

This is a 1960-D/D Small/Large Date Lincoln Cent which has been graded MS65RD by PCGS and is encapsulated in one of the newer-style edge-view holders. A TrueView photo was taken by PCGS which captures the beauty of this coin in the best light. The coin is a doubled die obverse variety which is attributed as FS-101 in the Cherrypickers’ Guide. The doubling is present on the date of the coin and appears to be a small date over large date as the label indicates. The coin also features a significant repunched mintmark with a secondary D present between the primary D and the 9 of the date. This is a bright red example with very few distractions. Some light marks on Lincoln’s face and a light streak in the upper right obverse fields are of note. A pleasing gem red example of this interesting DDO and RPM Lincoln Cent variety.
