This 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar has been graded MS63 by PCGS and is encapsulated in a newer-style edge-view holder. A TrueView photo was taken by PCGS which captures the beauty of this coin in the best light. Despite the relatively low mint state grade, this coin has lots of eye appeal. The obverse is relatively plain, but quite lustrous. However, the reverse is completely toned in spectacular rainbow color. The toning appears somewhat dark at certain angles, but really comes to life and pops with the coin’s mint luster when at other angles. The coin has also been holdered with the reverse side facing forward to show off the impressive reverse colors. A beautifully toned example of a Morgan Dollar date which is often found untoned. |
