Here is a 1953 Great Britain Coronation Crown which has been graded MS65 by NGC. This crown coin was issued to celebrate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. The coin features the image of Queen Elizabeth II on horseback and has been a popular piece since it was issued over 60 years ago. Although the coins are not rare, they do not often come as colorfully toned as this example. This coin is fully toned on both sides with beautiful rainbow color. There are a few light marks on the coin, but nothing too significant or distracting. A beautiful and eye appealing gem example of the Queen Elizabeth II Coronation Crown.
Because of the difficulty in capturing the overall look of the coin in a single image, I have also included a short high-definition video of the coin towards the bottom of this listing in an attempt to give you a better idea of what this coin will look like in hand. Please note that you may need to adjust the video quality to 1080p and may need to increase the size of the video to full screen in order to see the coin in maximum detail. |
