1832 Small Letters Capped Bust Half Dollar PCGS XF40		SOLD

This 1832 Small Letters Capped Bust Half Dollar has been graded XF40 by PCGS and is encapsulated in a newer-style edge-view holder. Although not attributed by PCGS, I believe this coin to be the Overton 107 variety. The coin is an appealing example with light wear on the high points of the design with some mint luster remaining. The coin is darkly toned on both sides, but is very even and consistent in color with no spotting or distractions. There are no major hits or marks aside from a couple of light scratches between the stars and the rim on the right side of the obverse. A very nice lightly circulated example of the Capped Bust Half Dollar.
