1975-D Roosevelt Dime PCGS MS66+FB SOLD
1975-D Roosevelt Dime PCGS MS66+FB
This 1975-D Roosevelt Dime has been graded MS66+FB by PCGS and is encapsulated in one of the newer-style edge-view holders. The FB designation has been given to this coin as the coin exhibits fully split bands on the reverse which is evident of a strongly struck example. The coin has a beautiful golden toning on both sides which is slightly stronger near the rims. Although a few hundred million examples of this coin were minted, to date PCGS has only graded only two (2) examples at the MS66+FB grade with only five (5) examples grading higher at MS67FB. Just a few small hits on Roosevelt’s chin and a couple of other microscopic marks keep this coin from being a true top-pop candidate.
