2004-W Proof Silver Eagle PCGS PR69DC Retro Doily
This 2004-W Proof Silver Eagle has been graded PR69DCAM by PCGS. The coin has a limited edition PCGS retro doily label which is a throwback to the short-lived doily label holders used by PCGS for a short time in 1989. The coin has very deep cameo contrast between the mirrored fields and frosted devices. Just a couple of small spots are found on the surfaces after a close inspection, seemingly preventing the higher perfect grade. Please note that there are a few light scuffs on the plastic holder which show in the photos as well. A nice Proof Silver Eagle with an interesting retro PCGS label.
