Here is a 1913 Mexico Silver Caballito Peso which has been graded AU55 by PCGS and is encapsulated in the newer-style edge-view holder. The “Caballito” Pesos are certainly some of the most beautiful Mexican coins of the 20th Century. The obverse design with the woman on the horse with a torch held high is very impressive. This example is bright white and lustrous on both sides, showing just a hint of circulation wear. Only a few light marks are present, but none are major. A wonderful example of the beautiful Mexican Caballito Peso.
