1899-S $5 Liberty Head Gold NGC MS61
This 1899-S $5 Liberty Head Gold Half Eagle has been graded MS61 by NGC. The coin has an even and pleasing medium gold color with plenty of mint luster. There is no spotting or major issues of note. The mint state coin does have moderately marked surfaces as the relatively low mint state grade would suggest, but the piece does have excellent overall eye appeal for the grade.
