The 1928 Peace Silver Dollar has the lowest mintage in the entire Peace Dollar series and has always been considered a key date issue. This example of the 1928 Peace Dollar has been graded MS65 by PCGS. The coin is bright white and untoned with exceptionally strong Mint luster. The piece has a few scattered marks on each side, but all of which are well within what is to be expected at the MS65 grade. The overall eye appeal of this coin is high as it is well struck and the luster is so strong. A very pleasing gem specimen of this key date Peace Dollar.
Because of the difficulty in capturing the overall look of the coin in a single image, I have also included a short high-definition video of the coin towards the bottom of this listing in an attempt to give you a better idea of what this coin will look like in hand. Please note that you may need to adjust the video quality to 1080p and may need to increase the size of the video to full screen in order to see the coin in maximum detail.
