1904-O Morgan Dollar NGC MS62		SOLD

This 1904-O Morgan Silver Dollar has been graded MS62 by NGC and is encapsulated in an early version of the NGC holder often referred to as the Generation 3.0 holder. The Generation 3.0 holder had a bordered label on the obverse side and a heat-stamped golden NGC logo on the reverse of the slab raised up on the outside surface of the holder. The holder is also slightly thicker than a modern NGC holder and is typically called a "fatty" holder. The dollar is bright with full cartwheel luster and light golden toning which is concentrated around the rims. There are some light marks on the coin, but the piece certainly appears to be a very strong example of the assigned grade. An amazing dollar for the grade in an early and collectible NGC holder.
