1864 Bronze Indian Head Cent NGC MS65RB CAC		$700

This 1864 Bronze Indian Head Cent has been graded MS65RB by NGC and is in an older style NGC "fatty" holder which is slightly thicker than the current style of holders. The coin has also been certified by CAC as being solid for the assigned grade. The coin has strong mint luster on both sides and pleasing color that is roughly half original mint red and half brown. The coin also has a slight woodgrain effect that I believe adds to the overall eye appeal. Some die clashing is also evident on both sides, but more strongly on the reverse. A wonderful gem example of the first year of issue for the bronze Indian Head Cents.
